Our company is trying to use the attachments feature in Peachtree
2011. When doing a backup, the backup goes to 99%, then stalls, then a new warning pops up that PT has stopped working and PT closes. Hard drive space is NOT the problem.If the option 'Include attachments in backup' is de-selected, the backup works fine.
Obviously, we want the attachments backed up as well.
In addition, we're having another problem for which we woudl like to run data verification. The first step that DV does is to perform a backup, which then fails (it does not offer the option to not include attachments). So, a data verification is now impossible.
I can't find anything online. Any help out there?
