Cannot change amount in scheduled bill

I apologize if this is a repeat post. I'm having problems with my
newsreader (WILMA).
Quicken H&B 2010 and Windows 7.
In some scheduled bills I can change the amount. In others the amount is
grayed out and cannot be changed but other fields can be changed.
Help is appreciated.

Well, I'm not using H&B 2010, so this is a pure guess. You
might check and see if the Scheduled Bills that are grayed
out are tied to some other entry such as a loan. Or
possibly are locked in the Memorized Payee List or are
listed in the Billminder. Like I said, just some guesses. HTH.
