Disk not ready trying to restore

Had the misfortune of haveing to rebuild windows. Backed up Q6 to 3 seperate media's, CD, zip drive and external hard drive. After reinstalling everything, when I try to restore my data to Q, I get an error message, Disk not ready. This happens from all three of my backup sets. Anyone have any idea's please.

I have e-mailed Intuit, but they have not bothered to respond.

Try creating a New Quicken file, then retry the restore.

Alternatively, copy the Quicken fileset from the backup media to your hard drive, make sure the read-only attribute is not set, then just "Open" the .qdf file in Quicken.
