Lost Intuit ID Password

Ok, well not really. My password isn't working. I know it's correct. So I get locked out. Then when I go to log in, after I'm unlocked, I click the "Forget password?" link in Quicken, but then it puts in red "Enter your password" and does nothing.

Is there another way to reset my password other than in Quicken? This doesn't seem to work.

Was able to login and reset password. The password requirements were quite different - so apparently they changed and I missed a notification if there was one...

I loaded Q 16 in March and tonight was the first time it ever asked for a password.
