One Chase credit card will not download

I have three Chase credit cards. The Amazon card has not worked with one step update for three or four months. I have deactivated it several times. At one point Chase sent out links to confirm users wanted to download into Quicken. The link for my Amazon card did not work, so I could not confirm. I have called Chase three times about it. The last time (early January) I was told I would receive a new link on January

  1. I did not. When I search online, it seems no one else is having this problem anymore. Any suggestions?

Have you gone to Chase's website, and confirmed that the account is still there? Because the only entry that I find for Amazon in the FIDIR.TXT indicates that the bank is Synchrony ... not Chase.

Yes. It is still there. And Chase acts like they are aware of the problem. It just doesn't make sense to me that two accounts would work and one would not.

Does it make sense that the Sponsor of the card (Amazon, in this case) may set some of the rules re: the card? And that different sponsors may set different rules?

Which suggests that the problem is NEITHER with Chase, NOR Amazon, NOR Quicken ... but rather with something in Edward's computer or Edward's copy of Q.
