OK. As it happens I happen to have some options on a European security, traded in Euros. They've been underwater forever, but that's not important right now.
As the users of this forum know, trying to get a U.S. based version of Quicken to automatically download. I've occasionally tried to edit the stock symbol to one of those recognized by Yahoo Finance; most of these have extensions that look like "xxx.PA", where PA means the Paris exchange. None of these tricks have ever worked.
So, for random reasons, mostly having to do with watching some of those options expire, I was looking at the price history. And was mildly shocked: Ever since I upgraded to Quicken 2011, Quicken has been updating the price, >in Euros
