Until recently Q2014 worked fine, but not it will not open. I downloaded the Mondo patch -- QW2014R7Mpatch.exe -- and installed, but it still doesn't open. Running 2014 deluxe on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.
DO I need to uninstll and start over?
I continue to have that problem depending on which MS updates are installed. I suggest uninstalling updates one or two at a time until Q works. Updating from IE8 to 9 or 10 even stops Q.
I also did a reinstall and Mondo with no help.
Thanks, but I don't do auto updates, and it's been a long time since I've installed any! So it can't be that - just checked.
