Quicken Problem

Got a problem..Currently on 2017 R3 and had used 2012 with same problem. Don't know if it's my machine or not. Asus M/B, Win7 64X Build 7601, 32 Mgb Mem, Nvidia 2 Mgb Video Card and 3Tb ir disk space.

Open Q and go to investing. Highlight any security, move slightly to the right (so the cursor is not on the security) and right click to bring up the menu. Security Views, Quicken - Quote, Quicken - Charts, Security Report and other items for selection. When I select Quicken

- Charts, I get the Sign In window with SP-Initiated SSO as the identifier in the upper left corner. After filling in user ID and password, it goes to another window with a site error with an ID of

07a20313 or some such (changes every time). Quicken support has no idea what's going on but neither Quicken - Quote nor Quicken - Charts will work. It's been this way since I installed 2012 on an XP 32x machine. Anybody have an idea of why just these tow menu selection don't work?

That was a problem a few months ago, but it's my understanding that it was fixed.

For a description of the problem, see:

I have no trouble logging on to quicken.com from the Q2017 Portfolio > Investing screen.

This problem has NOT been fixed. I'm on 2017 R3 which the latest revision and after talking to support for a day, they have NOT a clue how to fix it. This has been going on since Version 2012 R2

As is said:, I tested with Q2017 (and I had R3 installed when I tested): I could not reproduce your problem.

I do not know of any problem such as you describe that has "been going on since Q2012".

I suggest you do more research in the Quicken Community (where the link I pointed you to is posted).

It seems to me your problem is pretty much limited to you.
