Update Fails for Banana Republic CC

If I use OSU for Banana Republic, I get CC-891 starting on 3:00am today. Am able to login okay using the same userid and password stored in the vault. Any known issues with Banana or should I just go ahead and deactivate and reactivate the account?

FWIW, I tried to ask this exact same question on the Quicken Community Forum but the Forum refused to accept it.
