Form 709

1) My wife and I purchased a qualified 529 plan for my older daughter, who I'll call D1 in 2010 for $40,000.

2) We each filed Form 709 in 2010 claiming gift splitting and electing the 5 year election rendering each of our gifts $4,000 per year per spouse for 5 years.

3) My understanding is that we did not need to file any more Form 709s since we didn't give our daughter any more reportable money.

4) In 2014, D1 graduated and we bought her a $12K used car from a dealer.

5) In 2014, we purchased a qualified 529 plan for my younger daughter (D2) for $32,000. (In hindsight, we probably should have bought $28,000 and avoided the whole mess). Obviously, we each have to file Form 709 for 2014 to elect gift splitting and the 5-year election for D2

My questions:

What do I need to include in my 2014 Form 709 with respect to D1?

Thanks in advance
