This is a follow-up to my previous messages on setting up my accounts. For brevity I won't rehash previous information.
Anyway, I've decided to treat all accounts as one big one, and created a spreadsheet to manage all. That means that all the bond exposure will go into the 401(k), which will be about half of the that accounts funds currently. Now I have to figure out which other things should be in there. I'll list my planned allocations and the available funds in the
401(k). Any thoughts would be appreciated.Bonds(30%) Stocks(70%): International Equity Large Cap 15.00% Large Value 20.00% Small Cap 10.00% Small Value 10.00% REIT 10.00% Commodities 5.00% Total 70.00% International Equity 30.00% Large Cap 5.00% Large Value 5.00% Small Cap 5.00% Small Value 5.00% Emerging Markets 5.00% REIT 5.00% Total 30.00%
