Historical data for interest rates given by money market funds?

I am looking a data, or a reasonable proxy, for the interest rates given by the average money market fund, going back at least 15 years, and free of charge.

Any ideas? Yahoo Finance does not have historical data for interest rates, for example "FIDELITY CASH RESERVES (FDRXX)"

The idea would be to see, after the stock market cratering, if my conservative portfolio has beaten the average money market fund over the last 15 years (so far I figure, based on the inflation rate, which MMFs should barely beat, that it will be a close race).

Thank you.
