Quick question about whether my scholarship/fellowship funds are considered part of the MAGI that is compared to the maximum contribution amount, and you can contribute the lower of the two.
Basically, my only income this year are from cash awards, and I believe that there are not conditions on them stating they must be used for school/scholarly purposes.
