Account Reconcillation Problem

Hello..I'm a long time user of peachtree (since about 1990). Currently on Peachtree Complete 2004. A recurring/automatic G/L entry has disappeared from my account reconcillation page. This includes the last 9 months that have been previously reconcilled. Clearly displayed in the g/l, but unable to balance the account as it doesn't show up under acc rec. I've tried manual G/L entry, but that also doesn't show up. I ran the data verification report, but no help. Anyone else seen this before? Any advise appreciated. Regards..Mike.

Oh, how fun! Have you tried reindexing?

I take it you can't open the transaction and resave it - or delete and reenter it.

To get to the reindexing screen - add the -i parameter to the program run command (right click on the desktop icon, properties, target should say C:\Peachw\peachw.exe -I )

Then in the file dropdown list you will have new options.

Make a backup FIRST, as always. lol
