Condominium rental - multi-unit property ?

Hello Folks,

I own a 2-room condo. I live in one room and rent the other room out. While declaring this income, should I classify the property as a "multi-unit property and I live in one unit" as TurboTax asks ? Is that the correct classification ? TIA, Gregg.
