One of my brokerage account 1099s has listed under "Supplemental Information, Fees and Payments Received" amounts for "Deemed Premium" and "Basis Adjustments"
I'm guessing that the Basis Adjustments will have (or will in the future) affect capital gains and are not a reportable amount.
I don't know what a Deemed Premium is and whether it is reportable income and if so, as what?
