Discreamcy in 1099-R and 5498

I recently filed an extension when doing my taxes for tax year 2014. I did a rollover from a 401k to a rollover ira. so regardless of what I do it won't effect my taxes. Right now, there is a discrepancy between my 1099-R and 5498. My 1099-R is in the low six digit figure and the 5498 shows the same. However, the 5498 is higher by $150. I talked to my CPA and he says the IRS is used to seeing a very modest difference in the distributed and contributed amounts which is due to ex dividends and capital gains not occurring with respect to the date of the rollover contribution. So do you think my CPA is right and just leave it alone.
