I went to the IRS website today and downloaded a year 2018 941 form. They seem to have grey backgrounds in the description areas and white backgrounds where data gets entered. (Same with the 2018 940 form.)
When I printed them those backgrounds seemed unusually dark and when I compared the 941 form with my file copies of the three I filed earlier this year the earlier ones had no sign of those grey backgrounds.
Is it just me or has something changed? Thanks guys.
