Excel Functions to Calculate Taxes?

I am working on an Excel spreadsheet used to do a payroll calculation, and I want to be able to automatically make an estimate of taxes taken from each paycheck. Does any vendor sell Excel functions that would do that calculation for the current tax year, to say 95% accuracy?

Yes, I can do it manually but would prefer to have a function that handles the heavy lifting.

I stopped trying to do payroll by spreadsheet when the Internet became widely available. There is a website that does a great job of calculating payroll taxes and is recommended by some payroll processing companies. To get full use of the site you have to register but there is no cost and I doubt the company sells the e-mail addresses because I average less than 1 spam per day to that address.
