Need advice on what is a fair price for the preparation of the following tax return: Taxpayer did a 1031 nontaxable exchange with multiple properties. That is, He exchange one rental fourplex for 3 rental houses. (About $500,000 en value) I also need to prepare the 4 sch. E for the above properties.
It took me aproximately 6 hours to complete this task.
All I need is a ball park figure so I can get an idea on how much to charge him. Any help is appreciated.
