Foreign pension taxable in US?

Through no special effort of mine I am entitled to a Social Security type pension from Holland. (I lived in Holland between the ages of 15 and 25, and, although I didn't have a paying job, this entitles me to a pension). This will be paid quarterly into my US bank account, withot Dutch taxes being deducted or due. Do I need to declare this "income" here in the US? If so, what kind of income is it?
