forgot to deduct from expenses the amount that was depreciated

In doing my 2012 taxes I found that last year I failed to deduct from total expenses on a rental property the amount that I put into depreciation. So I've depreciated appliances for 5 years and taken them as an expense. How do I correct this? It was on a 1041 return.
