Nevada Corporation

Two guys in Illinois formed a Nevada Corporation claiming it had tax advantages and lower fees.

Anyone aware of tax advantages for corporations registered but not operating in Nevada?

None AT ALL! And that is because they will still have to register in the state in which they do business, probably Illinois, right? So much for the lower fees.

Lots of benefits to the Nevada treasury and the hustlers who sell this stuff, but absolutely none to the taxpayer.

Can't you even write off your trips to Vegas on the grounds that you're visiting company headquarters? ;-)
