Anyone think that's also a deductible cost (pro rata or in full)?

Damage to the tenant's car certainly isn't a casualty loss to you.
Did anyone file an insurance claim? Is a reimbursement paid or pending?
Call it a reduction in rental income (rebate) due to reduced usability of rental property. A similar situation that I've seen is a reduced rent to a tenant during a real estate listing, to enlist the tenant's cooperation in the showing and eventual sale of the property.
