What is the proper place for return of capital on a Schedule K-1?
A return of capital on the 1099-DIV appears in cell 3 as a "nondividend distribution", but I don't see a nondividend distribution cell on the K-1.

1065 K1 - line 19. Distributions - usually "A Cash and marketable securities", but I suppose B and C would work too 1120 K1 - probably line 16. Items affecting shareholder basis - "D Property distributions"
