Is it possible to return a normal distribution from a traditional IRA after 60 days? also, between years i.e. 2014-2015. Tks all. decided not to get an RV!

No to the >60 days except under some rare circumstances. (See IRS Pub. 590-A) Rollover spanning year-end is not a problem (subject to the other rules governing rollovers).
