When I'm preparing an owner's equity sheet, I have come across the options of cash and capital in the exercise. I can't exactly tell the difference between them (i.e. if part of the cash is within the capital itself). Therefore, I'm not sure if I should put both items on the Owner's Equity statement. I've looked in my textbook but it still wasn't all that clear. It would be helpful to hear some explanations. Thanks.
