529 distribution after the fact

Well, I don't really want to go into how this happened (because it would expose my incompetence), but here's the situation.

I paid qualified educational expenses for one of my sons for the last four years, but did not make withdrawals from his 529 plan. Thus, there's a bunch of money in the plan. I can manage some of it by moving it into his brothers' accounts, but that won't take care of all of it. Can I still withdraw an amount up to the amount on his 1098-T forms for past years?

Thanks.
