can non-working spouse have Roth IRA?

couple married 30 years, only one working. can the non-working spouse have own Roth IRA? indicate "joint savings" for "source of income" or something else?

Yes.

As long as the working spouse has enough earned income that's as least as much as the combined contributions of both spouses, then you're good to go.

There's no need to indicate any source of the contributions.
