On my first withdrawal by Dec 07 to Mar 08 do I figure my IRA total as of end of Dec 06?
I take it you turned 70.5 in 2007? That RMD is based on the prior year end balance, 12/31/06. And you also have to take this year's RMD, based on 12/31/07 balance. JOE
