I was searching the archives looking to see if the 2008 version was going to support storing the database on a samba share, or moving to a more wide spread sql type database. I noticed there seemed to still be quite a few open questions about 2007 on a samba share. The simple answer is no, and of course Sage doesn't really seem to care (quote from one of their tech reps). There were rumors of 2008 supporting it but I have yet to find out, Google says no. Just wanted to clear that up.
