Items on Signature reciept

Hello,



I am actually trying to find out how to get the itemized list on the signature reciept as well as the customers reciept. Right now i have to print an extra copy and staple it to the signed reciept. If there is a way to make it all print out the items the custmer bought on the reciept that they are signing.



Also, at the end of the day when i settle my edc batch i would like to print out a report on the epson reciept printer instead of on a regular sized paper. Is there another way to settle the edc batch without going to the manager because i do not want any of my employees having access to the manager. if i could have them settle the batch directly from the register i would be much more secure for.

HI Steve, Yes you can do so and print all this in one receipt.

  1. Go to ReceiptTemplate Folder and Open the Receipt.xml file in NOTEPAD.
  2. Find and then do the following:
  3. Then go to store manager Database > Register>Receipt Format>Properties and reattach the receipt.xml file. this just for safe site as some time it does not update or propgate the changes.
  4. Now the above procedure will first print the customer signature and then the transaction, however if you wanted to do it in reverse order like transaction first, and then singature next you can do so by fine the "PrintCreditCardSlip" statement and cut and paste it after "PrintFooter" this will works.

One more thing apart from this if you need me to send you the receipt.xml send me your email address: also you may require to do some more changes like not to print double time company header and footer for the credit card transaction also.
