I have 5 Hypercom L4250 units. They are being used for signature capture with my Point of Sale Invoice program. They capture signature and print on my invoices. On December 7, 2014 the units internal Operating System expired. I got the new version from Equinox and re-installed. The terminals came back to life but now are not communicating with my Invoice screen in my point of sale program as they were before. I was under the impression from Equinox the reloading of the expired Operating system would solve my problem. The only problem they solved was the units rebooted and are displaying Lane Closed on the Screen where before they did nothing as the expired Operating System had failed Dec. 7, 2014. How can I get them back to communication with my Point of Sale Software?
