Receipts Have Too Many Blank Rows - Windows Generic Text Only Driv

I'm trying to tweak my XML file to eliminate a bunch of whitespace (blank rows) at the bottom (end) of my receipts. I'm using a generic / text-only driver because I'm running RMS over terminal server. (Yeah, I know that's not supported, but it works when I do a remote site sale.)

The receipt itself is fairly compact. The header, the details, and the footer are contiguous. But I can't figure out why I get 8 inches of blank paper at the end of each receipt. I've had the page height at 11, at 1, & at

  1. No change.

Yes, I'm familiar with the way that one must reload the template after each change. I can see my other changes, such as the footer text lines.

Any ideas?
