Store Account with POS 2.0 and Office Accounting 2007

Is there a way to setup up separate customer accounts via POS 2.0 and Accounting 2007. That way if a client comes in and pays on their balance it will be applied to the likewise account in office accounting?

Also anyone know when you will be able to use Accounting 2007 with RMS?
