Transfer sales information and recipts from HQ to store

It depends on your backup strategy and HQ Connection Schedule...

Hopefully, you have a recent backup on a different system or removable media at the store.

If not, you can EXPORT a new store database from HQ Administrator. It will include any transactions up to the last successful 401 from the store.

Depending on which is more recent - the local DB Backup or the last good HQ Client connection - and your HQ Options, you may have more recent data available at HQ than in the local backup.
