Your reseller should fully trained before you give them lecense to sell your produst. I dont put my cashier on counter unless I know He/She is fully trained. You are millins time bigger company than me and Your people dont know what they doing. I am about to dump your software because of this problem. I need license for 2nd station and Your reseller dont know what to do. I should be making one phone call and give them my credit card and They should ship what I need. But It is not same ,,,,,. I am asking If you are me What will you do ? Your product is good But reseller are not. My suggestion is You need to sell your product straight from your office
