This was my first quarter using QB2004 and my CPA checks everything (I mean everything) and has given me my quarterly payroll taxes to pay. His totals are just a tad less than QB most likely do to rounding off. Hence, my Pay Liabilities show .14 for the state and -1.37 for Federal Unemployment. Can I just keep them there or is there a way to clear these out? Thanks in advance. The info on this group is very helpful.
