Is it possible to email remittance advice notes? It just seems a shame to pay suppliers by BACS and still to put a remittance advice in the post. QB2005 Pro

In this country - South Africa - I pay by internet banking and one of the options is to have a remittancve advice sent automatically by the bank. I don't know if you have anything similar.
