We use QW 2003 deluxe, and I can not determine what is wrong. When I pull up the YTD or 1 yr. return the information I do not believe is corrrect. Is there a means of checking this data. On most equities we show a positive return on equity, and publications we receive tells me we have a minus return.
Any help would sure be appreciated. Thank-You!
You can easily check Quicken's numbers using Excel.
Start by getting the cash flow data for the investment using the Investment Performance report. Then feed this data into Excel's XIRR function. You should get the same results as Quicken shows.
