Is there no longer a TurboTax State CD?
I looked at the TurboTax web site, but saw only the download version of the State software.

From the TurboTax desktop products FAQ:
Q: Where is the TurboTax State CD? A: Due to the popularity of our convenient state downloads, the option to have a TurboTax State program on CD is no longer available. When you install your federal product, you will be prompted to download your state product.
