Months ago, I placed an order with the IRS for the 2010 paper form 5500-EZ, but have not yet seen it. Phone calls to both DOL and IRS have not definitively confirmed that the form will be forthcoming this year, although a couple individuals have said they assume it will be issued.
Does anyone know for certain whether the form will, or will not, be available this year?

I just checked the IRS site. It's available now as a PDF. download it, fill it out, print it, and mail.
Thank you, you're quite right. No need to use the hand-print form for 2010 (if it even exists).

As an added datapoint, the paper forms I had ordered I think in March also arrived in the U.S. Mail today.
