Arizona - form 309 taxes pain to another state or country ?

Mar 18, 2009 1 Replies

I see there is a line on the AZ tax return that calls for form 309 for taxes paid to another state or country

The form says, "If claiming a credit for taxes paid to another country, enter the name of the other country "

What about my foreign tax on 1116 from the international mutual fund??

I read the instructions and feel puzzled it does not specifically preclude this.

In order to obtain an AZ credit for taxes paid either to another US state or a foreign country on the same income being taxed by AZ, you need to read the following tax procedure. It has who qualifies and how to make the computation with examples.
