the .43 per arrowshaft excise tax is a Manufactrures tax filed on form 720. Question 1) If I donate (for whatever reason ) and generate no revenue from it, is it still subject to being taxed. Question 2) If I sell a piece wood to the end user and HE/SHE produce the finished product from it, do I have to pay the tax on it?
