Calculation of "Suspended Loss Carryover From Prior Year" on K-1?

I imported a MLP K-1 (No 1) into turbotax and turbotax made all of the calculations including the one for "Suspended Loss Carryover From Prior Year" There was no sale of any part of this MLP. I then entered manually a second MLP K-1 (No 2) which I bought and sold completely in 2012. I used the Sales Schedule to calculate the appropriate amounts of the ordinary gain (in this case, a loss) to be reported on Form 4797 and the Capital Loss that to be reported on Sched D.

Question: After entering K-1 No 2, the amount of "Suspended Loss Carryover From Prior Year" in K-1 No 1 changes substantially. Can I assume that the input of a second K-1 should not affect anything in K-1 No 1 or is "Suspended Loss Carryover From Prior Year" pooled among all K-1's which could explain the changes in K-1 No 1?
