Can a self-employed person borrow against his Keogh without penalty?

I once answered this question and said only employees can borrow, the employer (you as a self-employed individual would be the employer) can not borrow. I have since found one exception to this. If you are structured as an S Corporation with you as a shareholder, you could borrow.
