Capital Loss Carryover if no 2011 capital loss or gain

I have approx $2500 of capital loss carryover from 2010. I did not have any capital gains or losses (no sales) in 2011. Can I still use up the remaining $2500 capital losses on my 2011 income tax form
Schedule D? I assume yes, but want to confirm.
TIA

Yes. You just plug it into the Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet, and transfer the numbers to Schedule D lines 6 and 14.
