Contributing to Non Deductible Savings Plans

If you earn too much to make a deductible IRA contribution, you can contribute $5K ($6K over 50) to a non deductible IRA. Is it possible to make similar kinds of non deductible contributions to other types of savings plans, such as Healthcare, Educational, etc? What are limitations on such non deductible contributions?
