There is a forum for Drake users. You may need to call Drake support and ask for an ID or password to get into the forum. They will ask you for your EFIN. Be sure and write it down because you will need it again if you ever use a different computer. People on the forum are very helpful. Also Adam Drake will often post messages and answers concerning user problems.
