No FICA needed for 401k distrubutions. Each state and local taxing agency has its own rules.

Since FICA is taken out while contributing towards 401(K), do I need to pay FICA at retirement or during early withdrawal?

What all taxes do I need to pay other than Federal, State and County taxes?
